Illinois Vehicle Donation Title Information

Whether you have a title for your vehicle or not, you can donate your vehicle to Wheels For Wishes benefiting Make-A-Wish Illinois. However, to complete the donation process, your title is required to be submitted. Sign and print your name at the bottom of the front page of the vehicle title. If your situation is unique, or you need help getting a duplicate title, please call us to see if we can work with you to complete the donation process.
