Washington, D.C. Vehicle Donation Title Information

When you donate your car in Washington, D.C. to Wheels For Wishes & Wellness benefiting local children's charities, you do not need to have a title. However, you do need a title to complete the donation process. Fill out the section entitled "TITLE ASSIGNMENT BY SELLER" on the back of the title document.
